NO CANCELLATIONS!

We have a 3-days return policy, on ACCESSORIES ONLY which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a return. Purchases on ALL hair bundles, wigs and customized wigs are FINAL!! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luvablebundles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 2608, Red Oak, TX 75154.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Order Processing:

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. During Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. Processing times for wigs can take up to 25-30 business days. During major Holidays, processing times for wigs only can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of our lace products which includes lace closure, lace frontals, & full lace wigs. They cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.

**Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, addresses, shipment methods, cancellations, etc.**

Delayed or Incorrect Orders:

*Luvable Bundles is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Salon/Hair Stylist. We ask that you receive ALL items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Luvable Bundles is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website. 

Payment Terms:
*Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

*Luvable Bundles reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. 

Limitation of Liability:
Luvable Bundles, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Luvable Bundles will not be liable for special, consequential, punitive damages or indirect even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Luvable Bundles is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Luvable Bundles LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at info@luvablebundles.com.

Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Due to the delicate nature of our lace products which includes lace closure, lace frontals, & full lace wigs. They cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.


Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with sticker, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
